I. The documents required from your Country
(한국내 준비 서류)
1. Criminal records check reply/범죄 경력 증명서
2. Certificate of Working Experience(at least 3~5 years)
경력 증명서나 재직 증명서(3~5 년이상)
3. Certificate of University Graduation/ 대학 졸업증
4. Certificate of Family Relationship(moving to Vietnam with family members)
가족 관계 증명서(가족 사람들과 베트남에 이사올 경우)
– All above mentioned documents must be notarized and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legalized by Vietnamese consulate in your country/상기 서류 원본 1부는 변호사 공증을 하고 대한민국 외교 통상부 인증한후 주한 베트남 대사관 영사 확인만 받아야만 된다.
II. The documents required in Vietnam
(베트남내 준비 서류)
1. Health Certificate (only accepted with big hospital)
건강 검진 증명서(베트남 현지병원).
2. Employment Certificate/고용 허가서
3. Photos/사진 – 3 x 4: 4 장; 2 x 3: 4 장
4. Certificate of Temporary residence registration/거주 확인서
• Work Permit issuing time/노동 허가서 발급 기간:
35 days after submitting document/서류 접수후 35일.
• Temporary Residence Card issuing time/거주증 발급 기간:
10 Days after submitting document/서류 접수후 10일.
• The effective time for Working Permit and Temporary Residence Card is 2 years, after that the employee shall extend it for one year more/ 노동 허가서 및 거주증 유효 기간은 2년, 2년 후 1년 연장 가능.
